    Nobody is talking to monkeyman cause they gave up on him, but they know they can always get a response from you. if you haven't been approving the designs lately, OWD would've been dead long ago. Adding cool features won't save OWD, after shay showed the great disrespect, cool features aren't a reason to go back.

    Hey, I'm around as well. I saw this coming so I'm not surprised. I offered to help Aaron with getting better sponsors for the contest, and I also offered him to pay the contest prizes from my own pocket if he would drop the dreamtemplate deal. But both offers were turned down. And shortly after, dreamtemplate wanted to buy the advertising rights on my own site - so it was pretty obvious how it was all connected. I honestly wouldn't mind sponsored links - If I would know about them in advance. I don't like the way it has been handled, and if this doesn't improve I will leave OWD behind - and hope to see you all on some other site soon. Feel free to steal my idea if you want to! I won't participate in the discussions for now, but if you need my help in any way just let me know.

    And, just to make it clear, I have been an admin on OWD (just like Seanrox) ever since the "The City" contest in March 2006. But I still haven't heard a word about this until you guys started e-mailing me yesterday.

    Shay sent word to me yesterday that he will cover the contest prize money, so I'll be notifying the winners that Andreas and I picked since MonkeyMan has dropped off the face of the planet. Andreas is good people too, so I think we'll be able to pull through on this... I am here to do my part.

    So I noticed that the templates on the Most Popular list are intact. Guess he can't do it all in one day :) I'm sure shay will post some sort of explanation for putting the footer links there and break the templates or I'll have to kindly ask him to remove them from the site. It's not so much about the ads, but they are pasted wrong on some templates and the whole footer now looks ugly. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

    i updated my profile page from Andreas' idea as well: User's Information: Notice - Nov. 27th, 2006 - The templates on this site now have sponsored links (added by the site owner) in them, and the sponsored links break the validation of the pages. To download newer versions of the templates, without any forced sponsored links, go directly to the designers own template page(a link is usually found on their profile page).
