The Open Design Community is a hub for open source website designers from around the world providing thousands of XHTML and CSS based free web design templates available for download. So, please feel free to take a minute or two and browse through the designs that our fabulous designers have submitted and see if one might work for you! And remember "They're free!".

Our Mission: The goal of TODC is helping to make the internet a prettier place. Open Designs is a community oriented site, where users, members and designers can share their free website designs and templates, discuss web design and promote their services. I’d like to announce a few exciting site updates. More amazing changes will be announced in the next few days.

Speed: The OpenDesigns code is being revamped to preform less database queries. THis process should be finished in the next few days, and will eliminate up to %90 of all database queries
