The Advanced Search on the website you suggested actually isn't working!!

    This is extremely frustrating!

All I want is a simple CSS template for a message board/forum! I know they exist, but I'm not having any luck finding any that don't cost about $50 or more, and I refuse to add that to the cost of the class I'm taking!

I wish the admins here would FIX THE SEARCH!!!!! I'm sure what I'm looking for is here. I just can't be looking through thousands of designs. I just need a forum layout! Nearly anything will do.

    Any suggetions?

Go to http://getfreewebdesigns.com as suggested above. Most of the designers from here went over to GFWD, because this site here is DEAD!

It’s all depending how the designs were categorized by the authors. If the search function was working you would only find one design with the forum category:

    /design/?template=943

You still have to looking through thousands of designs to find others that might fit your description.
