   This is a bit strange, but at least in google, opendesigns is almost non-existent from what I can tell:

   Site search for me

   Simple search for "opendesigns".

   Guess the users of this site aren't the only ones who have had some trouble since the design change.

   Yesterday for some time the page displayed blank and if the css was disabled a link farm for farmacetic products was shown.
   Even now if you look at the source you can see the links.
   It is posssible that google may have detected this and banned the page for link farming and spaming.

   The site was hacked several times with hidden viagra links inserted. This was detected by Google and the site temporarily removed from the Google index. this is being sorted out. hopefully all will be back to norma shortly.

   Does this not mean all the links going from OD to authors sites are considered to be in a "bad neighbourhood" by Google and thus could potentially suffer SEO wise as well?

   If so, that's very, very worrying.
