I am looking for a CMS. It HAS to have:
    -subpages
    -clean url like: /page/subpage/sub-subpage
    -semi-easy to use admin
-php in pages (not a must)

please, dont just put your own cms....

    Thanks!

    Try here: http://php.opensourcecms.com/

There's a lot of demos on there.

Since Alec is helping you with the new forum so why don't you try out lemurCMS?

I do agree that LemurCMS is very good for as new as it is. Aside for some small minor differences everything you've asked for is in it.

Try http://snewscms.com/. It's PHP/MySQL driven and has friendly URLs.

Obviously, http://www.lightneasy.org. It has 2 versions, one using a SQLite database and the other using no database.
It has clean urls (in fact, it generates all php pages, so the pages do exist. Can't be more url friendly than that) without needing to resort to MOD_REWRITE.
It is also the easiest to make a template for, templates are simply normal HTML pages with embebbed markers.

I don't know if any CMS does urls like /page/subpage/sub-subpage/. I don't think drupal even does that. Although that gives me an idea for my CMS (LemurCMS). I am toiling hard on it developing both a site with forums and extensive documentation and adding more features. I will look into have urls like that (I don't know how hard that will be). My cms does the rest of that stuff though. Just email me (I sent an email just a few minutes ago about OpenCSS.net) if you want my latest pre-release to play around with (I haven't posted the most recent version yet, not quite done bug-testing). Note: my cms does require MySQL and PHP5.

CMS's that aren't mine...I'd have a look at CMSmadeSimple (note: it is very complex, probably overkill for you).

@uberlemurguy your CMS looks promissing, but it was hell trying to get working on my server. when accessing the admin (clients.thelostworld.us/9-3/08-3/admin.php) it would direct to clients.thelostworld.us/9-admin.php

Im going to go with Immerse Cms (It died like a year ago but its still great), but thanks for the ideas

You ought to give Alec a chance or help him to fix the problem. Maybe with your help he can develop all those features you were looking for. This is a good way to establish good relationship with your fellow members thus make the community thrive.

@uberlemurguy It was redirecting wrong. clients.thelostworld.us/9-3/08-3/ is a static folder.
    it would direct to clients.thelostworld.us/9-admin.php
