An update to the View Designs page has been made, it now has much needed pagination so you can navigate through the designs easier. This also means you can quickly jump to earlier designs without having to manually click through More Designs », More Designs », More Designs », More Designs », More Designs », etc. It has been tested locally before being deployed on the live server so there should be no issues, but if you notice any styling issues or bugs please mention them! p.s. happy now Jenna?

Chris, fantastic! Some related ideas: 1. Sorting designs Would maybe be good to be able to sort designs by name, total or weekly download numbers, design name, and author name. I felt that those features were really helpful back in the days of OSWD and OWD. 2. Design name next to picture Another feature would be to see the design name next to the preview image without having to go over the preview picture with the mouse. Below the name of the author there is still room enough. That would be a help when scrolling through. This was also a feature I appreciated back in OSWD and OWD days. 3. Top-ten list Another thing appreciated back in OSWD days was the list with the currently ten most popular designs. We can also have the top 20 or whatever. That gave a good feeling for where the trend was at the moment, and for me as a beginner back in 2006, it was a good help in getting oriented and where to look for to get started. It was also an encouragement for designers to give their best in order to make it to the top-ten list. At least it was for me an incentive to give extra effort. 4. Favorites Gallery Another idea would be the "Favorites Gallery" gallery. Evey design that at one time or another made it to the top-ten type list for a certain amount of time would be transferred into the "Favorites Gallery". This would be a tremendous help for newcomers to find their way. General Remarks As the collection grows, it becomes more and more difficult for newcomers to scroll through the hundreds of pages to see what is in for them. Thinking ahead a little, where we will be in two or three years with around 2.000 - 3.000 designs, helps us realize that we need some tools for users to have a chance to more quickly find what they need, to know what is going well and has become well proven, and what not. I don't think there would be danger of competitive thinking. Instead, it give designers that extra push to give the best, and maybe sometimes spend a little more time in perfecting the design, before submitting. In other words, the already high quality at OD could become even better! Just a few thoughts ...
