   I have plans for starting a new publishing company in Canada. I've owned my own company and 6 printed magazines for about 5 years in Europe. I'm looking for "project partners" who know their way around in Desk Top Publishing for 1) the printed magazines and 2) online publishing. If you have the right experience, please respond?    Duncan...I created a couple of old-style sites a couple of years ago for a publisher of travel guide books in the UK.
