I had a great partnership with ThemeLab where he was porting my templates into WordPress themes. But he's been MIA for a while so I'm looking for a new partner.
If you're good at WordPress code and maybe not the best at designing this would be perfect. If you port my templates, we will both have a link in the footers of the WP Themes.
