PHP Help with rss

I know most of you php coders are super busy. But I have been looking, and just can't find anything like what I'm wanting. So anyways, here's what I'm looking for, and hopefully someone can send me in the right direction. I want to be able to grab an rss feed with an mp3 download, like from a podcast, and copy that mp3 file to my own server. Seems like it should be easy, but I haven't found what I need yet.
