Which browser is used for the template screenshots at OD?

    Hi. I noticed that the screenshot of one of my templates looked awful and just wondered what browser is used for the screenshots - as I can't replicate the issue in IE7, FireFox2, Opera or Safari. Thanks!

    @dcarter: which template are you not liking the screen shot? I can manually fix it. As for what browser, it's not a browser screen shot, we have custom code that does the screen shot. Sometimes they do come out wonky and if we catch it, we do a manual screen shot for it.

    Sean: isn't it Firefox 2.0 / Linux? I always see the exact same problems on that platform that the screens here have.

    @gnome: Firefox runs under many Operating Systems, so I'm not sure I understand your question. We don't manually make the screen shots. We have code that goes and takes the screen shot. Our server is running Linux, so not sure if that helps answer your question or not.

    Sean: All I know is that whenever a template here shows up as weird (compared to the most modern browsers), Firefox 2.0 on my GNU/Linux rig shows the exact same render as the screenshot here.

    We use WebThumb to automate the screenshot process.
