Is there a javascript or css etc. that would allow me to use a webpage template as a reference. By making any changes on the template would automatically update all of the other webpages.

You mean change something on one page and it effects all pages? I think thats what you mean... if so this thread should help:

I think you want a CMS. Either that, or you could just use includes through PHP. Are you talking about changes in the content, or the design? -

Thanks for the two quick replys
My pages will all have a header and 3 columns. The content in column 2 will be different for each page. Column 1 is for links to the other pages and column 3 is for sponsors. If I add a sponsor or link, it would be nice to have the other pages updated automatically. -

Yeah, that is definitely the simplest way. I ran a few websites that way for a while :) Then I got into XML and started importing XML files into templates. . .and then I realized it would be much simpler just to use WordPress :o I have downgraded from all custom PHP code to a prebuilt package. Oh well. -
