    So where do you guys draw the line between inspiration and plagiarism?

    Sometimes you see a site that's so crisp, so smooth, so scrumptuous that you just want to make something similar. What's copying and what's just being inspired?

    I don't have any specific examples, just curious.

    Plagiarism, IMHO, is taking the site and changing colors, text style, maybe a few class names...and the overall look stays the same or quite similar. Or not changing anything at all (obviously).

    Inspiration is taking a couple aspects that you like and incorporating them into your own design. Making the site look VERY different, but using some similar features.
