Hello Folks,
I like the following design http://www.opendesigns.org/preview/?template=1337
When I mouse over it on this page: http://www.opendesigns.org/view-designs/21/ it says "public domain". Does this mean I am free to use this design and modify it completely free.
Do I need to purchase any of the pictures? Also am I required to display credits to the designer on the site that I create? Or am I required to display credits in the source code in the site that I create?
Thank You,
Frank- -

For public domain templates, you are not required to credit the author. It is nice, but not required. Our Help Section may be of use to you. If there is any confusion between terms in the template and the license they are listed under, please contact the author.
Leaving credits in the source is a good idea, since most people never see that anyways. -
