Web Dev News is in what I would call "soft launch" and I plan to really start promoting it soon. I'm going to have a logo made for it, along with a matching favicon and some banner ads that people can display on their sites to link to us. Since design costs by the hour, I'd like to have the most popular banner sizes developed first and get other common sizes later. I know that there are standard sizes (see: http://www.webpencil.com/bannersizes.php and http://www.iab.net/iab_products_and_industry_services/1421/1443/1452), but what do you guys think are the most popular ones?

Thanks for the input Sean. I'm planning on getting the designer to start on this in a week or so. Maybe even this weekend. I don't deal with ads much, so I appreciate the input.
