    Our web design class maybe going on a field trip to the Googleplex! The only thing stopping us is the money. (down here in Niceville florida, the only thing our high school pays for is football stuff. They wouldn't even pay for our band to go to the rosebowl parade!) Please post any ideas of how we can raise mony to fund our trip. I will post donation information soon, for those that are interested.

    Sounds like fun! I just went on a trip to California with my dad this summer. We went to see the headquarters for Google, Facebook, and Apple... they're all within 15 minutes of each other. Palo Alto, where Facebook's headquarters is, is a really nice town.

    Fundraising ideas... Well, to fundraise for their trip to the UK, my school's rugby team went door-to-door selling... not puny chocolates but 5-kg bags of laundry detergent. It may sound silly, but everyone needs laundry detergent, and they ended up raising almost enough to cover the entire trip for a team of 20 guys. If you can find something practical like that, it's hard for people to turn it down.
