    what's the work-around to get the design pop-up descriptions (like the ones on the index page of www.opendesigns.org to work in IE?

    i've managed to get it to work in FF but they don't appear in IE.

    I didn't put a work around in - just used the :hover of the <a>. But, I have a gut feeling it may have something to do with the link being of a fixed height/width because of the thumbnail.

    What are you trying to get the popups on?

    essentially the same thing - a linked image.

    It's just that when i dropped in the HTML/CSS, it worked in FF and not IE. i'll need to root around and find what i'm missing on my end.
