    Anyone here ever install a live support script (PHP)? Which one? How did it go?

    there is this really cool one I found. Its not PHP its actually flash. You customize it to match ur site. I dont have it anymore but, what i did was have a link that said "Support Chat" and click on it. I topens a small windo w with the script. As long as you are logged on to AOL IM then it will send you the message and you can respand and stuff I dont remember what its called.

    I used Crafty Syntax once.
    It's a ticket support/live chat system.
    Perhaps too much for what you need, but it works
