I am looking to team up with a graphic designer; to either expand my current site or to start a completely new project.

I am looking for someone who has the following:

3-5 years experience in the field of graphic design
A strong portfolio
A passion for great design and the ability to meet a deadline is a must
I prefer this individual to be located in the United States (so there are no major time zone issues)
