I was looking around at www.designmeltdown.com when I found this site. I was wondering if any of you know how to implement a sliding pane such as the one they have on their main page. The one that changes whenever you click on 1, 2, or 3. It's probably javascript, but all the javascript I know is forms and ajax, not animation. -

The sliding pane is done with the jQuery JS library. Just look at the source code of the site and you will see, how it's done. -

Hmm maybe I was not awake enough this morning, or maybe it doesn't work on VISTA and firefox combo, but I could not see at all what you were talking about. That might be an issue with using this code>. i.e. 6 worked fine except for one small element being a little lopsided. Otherwise that looked pretty awesome, and the icebrrg.com site was very cool too! Thank you for sharing!! -

I just did this sort of thing. Click Portfolio on this site for the page that it is implemented on. You can view the source for a real simple demo. All you have to do is change the duration from 1 to 3000 or so for the slide to come back (Client thought the slide was a bit much). -

Thanks Matt for the link. I'm using it here for a client (in German and website not ready yet). It's really cool! -

You may also want to take a look at the Spry examples at Adobe Labs (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/home.html). -

Wow, no problem. I am a new fan of jQuery. Hopefully I will have a reason soon to use that effect. I think it looks great wherever i see it.
Nice job on your site, also.
