    Sean, you are right that there are always two sides. But as to my observations in most times the discussions start objective, with facts and with good intentions. It usually starts getting heated when the discussion itself becomes the focus.

    no one dugg at your son, you jackass. you acted like a child and blatantly insulted an admin for no reason. He called you out on it and asked if you talked to your son like that because of the language you chose to use. Then you jumped up and started hurling mother insults.

    pete he did not dig at your son. He simply posted a "would you kiss your grandmother with that mouth" them you threw a your mom insult at him. you are out of line

    All I asked you Pete was "Do you talk to your son like this?" How is that taking a dig at your son?

    You don't show respect to other users on OD. You don't show admins respect. So I wondered if you also treat your son the same way. Why I asked was it would explain a lot. Maybe you're just a jerk to everyone, including loved ones.

    Sean called me a jerk first and you called me a huge ass first - then you both got all precious when I returned the favour.

    Jeremy I can understand it coming from a turdburger like you, but Sean's an admin who needs to grow up and follow the site rules.

    I've been following the thread since the first post (as with almost every other thread) and the it's always the same outcome Pete, whenever you make a comment things get out of hand - and I'm sure they'll continue to.

    Personally I think you need a "cooling off" period, especially after seeing posts like the above. Other people may start it, but you certainly don't need to retaliate.

    As of right now, Pete is banned from OD. He can't log in or use the forum. We are sending him an email explaining this. Pending how that goes, we will remove the ban from him in 2-3 days.

    Nothing personal as a bit of criticism/feedback is appreciated and necessary for the site to grow, but sometimes things get out of hand and some people don't seem to know when to stop.

    Personal abuse will not be tolerated - ever - and we will also be speaking to the others involved in this thread or others to make sure they understand this as well.
