    How often do you come across sites designed to this standard, using CSS nowadays?

    Google Cache

    Come to think of it, I can't recall a popular movie or game or music/band site that didn't appear to made in this way (maybe with flash instead of some images).

    :D the comments are funny. all but 3 or 4 are people saying "wow that's a great tutorial!" or "that's so useful!". the rest are "the code sucks. this is useless. boo you suck"

    Although...that IS a nice tutorial (easy to follow, etc.), but whats being tutored isn't.

    I know people who use this to make a template, then the gooey side of dreamweaver to put text in. The worst part is when there is too much text for the layout...
