I've been looking around for a type of Content Management System that I just can't seem to find. I guess you could call it a "Knowledge Database." What I want it to do is store just random bits of information I enter in. Anything from someone's phone number, a coupon code, to a list of things I need at the grocery store, and what I've got planned next Saturday. The closest thing I could think of was a Wiki, but I'd have to make so many pages. The CMS I want would just have a search and browse type interface. It's kind of hard to explain.
Anyone see what I'm getting at? -

So an interface to store notes kind of?
Does it need to be secure (and if yes, single user or multiple)? What scripting languages do you have available and could it be database driven or would it need to use flat files for example? -

Yes, it's like note storage.
No, it doesn't have to be secure. Multiple users. Scripting language would be PHP. -

Something like TaskStep might be worth a look at but from what I remember it's not got multiple user functionality. -

Mm. That's something like what I'm looking for. I like the todo functionality, but I'm also looking for something to input notes for like addresses and passwords. -

Thanks guys. I think I'll just stick with a Wiki. :) -

It depends how complicated you need, but you could use a very simple "pastebin" type script... just thinking outside the box. -

Does it have to be online? Addresses and things may be better being private.
You could try: Treejournal
The website's got a cool design.
