    i only see google adsense ads when i disable abp..

    I don't see any ads on Attackr with or without an adblocker, am I missing something here?

    the ads are in the middle of the posts, I've seen worse but I am happy I have ABP so I don't have to

    The only ads on Attackr.com are Google Adsense. The colors are matched as best as possible with blue and black which are the main colors of the current site design.

    As for placement, they are in various places for testing purposes (some top, some middle, some bottom) to see what placement works better for actual clicks through on the ads.

    When you create the ads you can choose your colors... here are the colors if you needed them...

    #016892 - the light blue
    #003145 - the dark blue
    #E8F6B0 - the off light white green color

    @conartistdesigns: Thanks for the color codes.

    I'm in the process of a redesign for the site, so for now I'll just leave the ad color how they are.

    On the subject of attackr's design... Shouldn't the footer link to wpdesigner be there? Or does the license permit removal?

    They are kind of annoying i agree, having them in the articles, but that's what abp is for i guess.

    @SeanPollock: The design was originally GPL but I made arrangements with wpdesigner to remove the link. Most designers will allow removal of a link if you contact them and/ or make some sort of donation to them.

    Side note, small potato sold his site back in March, so who knows what will happen with future designs or licenses.

    @kirby145: By having the ads within posts, it helps adjust the ad content, or so it seems. This is also something being tested out.
