    Hi everyone. What do you think this site is? Many of the designs are from here. I don't understand the language.

    Len, it's a Russian site and makes use of Cyrillic script. .ru stands for Russia.

    You can use http://translate.google.com/ and put in the link at the bottom of the page choosing Russian to English. This way you can browse the website in English. Looks as if this is a hosting company who offer the templates as additional service. The translation is not the best but gives an idea.
