I am hoping to get some feedback on a template I am working on. It features a number of layouts, 2 different widths, and a handful of colour schemes.

I still need to add content to the main area, and I know I need form styles. Is there anything that appears o be missing, or that I could do better?
  1.
it looks really great, only i am not fond of that font at all. I personally like Trebuchet MS Heltivica and Georgia. I think Trebuchet MS would be best in this situation.
  2.
I liked Pale and Green layouts. Agree with uberlemurguy Trebuchet MS or Georgia may look better on this design.
  3.
I personally think Georgia is the best font for this situation!

Hey Jason, overall, I love the template. Good use of classes.

The only thing I'd change is to advertise the different layouts a little better. When I first clicked on blue, I thought it had to go with the 2-column layout. You've put a lot of work into it making sure you can mix and match style classes, but right now you just advertise the different colors. Make sure an entry-level user knows what you're doing with your different layouts as well.

    Awesome work.

Thanks folks. It will be in the queue sometime in the next month (it takes me a long time to tweak stuff, and I have to write some decent descriptions and explantions).
Edit: Updated a bit. I will remove bad colour schemes and layouts soon, followed by styles for some other elements, and content. Also, this is post 20,000 on this site.

    • Good colour Schemes?
    • Good layout options?
    • Anything improvable?
(I realise that I have been a bit paranoid about making this template good, but I am trying to raise the quality of my work with this release. It should be followed during the summer with a slew of new templates)

I think your rounded corners are too extreme. Consider giving the corner a smaller radius, or making either 1, 2, or 3 of the corners squared to give it that modern touch.

I really like it, Jason. The colours, especially green and the "pale". Like the combination of layouts too.

Thanks guys. I'll submit in a couple of hours (unless something bad crops up during a troll of my CSS)
Sean: this is far less rounded than either my own website or one of my older templates: Fresh.
