    I've moved over all my 'stuff' to bluehost and now i'm starting to regret it after this little start to some support queries i had... Here's a post in their forum from their online chat.. it is terrible!

    what to do????

    edit: I finally got an decent chat/answer after pretending to be a girl called Jill with a mum dying of cancer... the sympathy card worked!

    I was a mod at a computer forum a few years back, they were using bluehost and it was mostly trouble.

    The support asks you what email is? Or have I overlooked something?

    Surely it most be some kind of a bot. shocked

    Haha i think it may be someone that's not too hot with english and they probably meant "What is your email (address)?"

    I like Bluehost, however support can be slow and very unhelpful one moment to quick and spot on the next.

    That'll teach me for asking for help... one of the mods on the forum called me belligerent then promptly banned me and my post... lol .clap

    What's the problem with your email Pete? Setting it up? or?

    After many support woes I have found lots of support links, flash tutorials and help links for bluehost. Perhaps I can point you in the right direction

    Thanks, I got the problem sorted... i was trying to configure a catchall email forwarder but i found that they don't have it.. thanks a lot anyway.

    I think it will be less traumatic in future getting support form other means than via BlueHost themselves. I'll do my time with them then move on I think.

    I've been using only email support but it takes awhile nowadays.
