A couple of weeks ago I received a mailing that advertised the new renault laguna (car) here in the UK. In the box was a 1 gig USB flash drive, sweet I thought, but unfortunately I can't delete any of the movies and SWF content.
Anyone else got one of these they have managed to convert to a useable 1GB disk? At the moment I can only address 500MB of it, shame to bin it. -

Cheers Aaron, I tried some of these ideas but couldn't get anywhere.
I guess it's for the bin. I hope whichever ad agency who made these gets fired, it might have been a whole lot more useful for them if I carried around a renault branded flash.
I wonder why they didn't use CD or DVD. -

Did you try it and re-partition it on a Mac? -

The only platform I have access to is MS, so haven't tried with a mac, I can post it to a friend who has one, perhaps she will have more luck ;)
Better than throwing it away I guess, thanks for suggestion.
