Site Specific: Design gone .....

    This is like the n time my submitted design is gone from "My Designs"

    It was pending and now it is gone sad

    If you follow the design submission guidelines your template will be processed and approved, if you do follow the guidelines it will be rejected.

    There are occasions where a design does not comply with the guidelines but will still be approved, an example of this would be a design on the homepage right now - BWDEC2007 - which contains text within an image, however these images are quite obviously just placeholders and the only purpose of them is to serve as a visual clue as to what the space could be used for. So for that reason the design was not rejected.

    Now we move on to one of your templates which was rejected and see it also contains text within an image, and the decision to not approve it was based on this because it would appear to be key to the template as it is promoting the designers website but instead of just saying "designed by xxxx" you also placed your logo on it.

    The image you used is not even a standard banner size either, so please do not make comment that it is a placeholder for a banner of the users choice, and if that was the case then you could have easily created a placeholder just like in the design I referenced earlier.

    What should I do ? Just resubmit it ?

    BWDEC2007 is what Christopher meant to link to. Yes, please re-submit without the text-in-the-image.

    Woops cheers for catching that Gnome, looks like you can't use links like /forum/search/ in posts, didn't realise that!

    And yes please do resubmit it onebucktemplates.com but without the banner (or replace with a default placeholder image), also - did you receive my email yesterday about this?
