In the past 24 hours I've received a few emails from people wanting a few posts and comments either removed or edited because of some things they said and they now wish they had not.

This happens to a lot of us and no I'm not going to say who emailed me or what posts or comments were discussed but I do want to say publicly to the community, before you hit that submit button, take a moment to think about what you are saying.

If you're upset or mad, maybe sleep on it for a night before you post about something or comment because maybe you'll have a change of heart.

My biggest hope for this new community is to not have a bunch of bickering or flame wars going on or drama. I really hate drama and I know a lot of other people do to.

The purpose and goal of the site is for designers to provide free designs and templates for the World to download and use... and also get some exposure and hopefully either get some paid work or build up a design portfolio for later use.

The main thing to remember is this is suppose to be fun and not a headache or a pain in the ass, arse or however you say ass in your country so please everyone, for the sake of the site, your sanity, mine and the other admins and future moderators, think before you post or comment and if you have an issue with someone, bring it up in personal email first before you go posting in a public forum about it.

If after a personal email doesn't get a reply or response, contact an admin to try and help you out. Lack of communication should not be an issue. We for the most part are all in this together.

Ok, I'm getting off my soap box now but just think about what I've said here.
