This may seem like a silly question, but how do you upload/edit your avatar/profile image? :X -

from here, click on account (above), then click on personal information in the left bar. You don't upload it, you are responsible for hosting it somewhere, but the URLs are there. -

Also, your icon will be automatically centered and cropped to 32 pixels wide by 32 pixels high but to save yourself some bandwidth, side it yourself on your end
