Keep it Simple Silly is a simple fixed width design that was been tested in Safari/Win, IE6/Win, IE7/Win, Firefox 2/Win, and Opera 9/Win. It is very lightweight and easy to customize. It is valide XHTML 1.0 Strict, Valid CSS 2.1, all links are correct, passes Section 508 tests and passes the WAI test.
